"yours" refers to the owner of one or more policies/contracts/ accounts offered
by us. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("eDelivery") provides this service as
a convenience to you, the customer. eDelivery also provides administrative services
to certain affiliates, services which include providing materials, information,
and services to you. These affiliates include First Mottle Investors Insurance Company;

web sites linked to it that we administer, but does not include third-party web
sites which are linked to this web site that we do not administer.
- This concerns your right to consent:
- To view policyholder/contract owner communications, including policy/contract
and appropriate fund prospectuses, annual reports, proxy statements and other materials
regarding our products electronically. For this purpose, you will receive an email
containing a link to a Web Site on which the communication will be posted.
For purposes of convenience, we will refer to all these types of materials as "Documents".
- When is your consent given?
- After you read this Consent Statement, we will need your consent
if you plan to use Web Site features to view Documents electronically. Once you
have given us your consent, we will not mail paper copies of policyholder/contract
owner communications to you.
- In the case of joint ownership of our contracts and policies, we
may act upon the directions of any owner. In that case, we assume that the email
address you provide us will be accessible by all owners. Therefore, if you are a
joint owner and you give your consent to use Web Site features to view Documents
electronically, we consider all owners to have access to an email containing a link
to a Web Site where the communication is posted.
- Global Consent:
To the extent permitted by law this is a global consent. This consent authorizes
us to send you communications relating to accounts, contracts and policies you own
(e.g. prospectuses, annual and semi-annual reports, proxy statements and privacy
notice), to the extent available electronically, and other materials regarding our
products. Until electronic delivery is initiated for certain documents, you will
continue to receive paper copies of these documents. This consent permits us to
replace paper delivery with electronic delivery as electronic delivery of these
documents becomes available. You are responsible for ensuring that neither your
software nor your internet service provider inhibit or interfere with the communications
described in herein.
- Withdrawal or update of consent:
You will have the right to withdraw or update your consent profile at any time after
you have consented by returning to this site and clicking the Update Consent Profile
button. You will need to update your consent profile if, for example, your email
address changes.
- Effect of not consenting or withdrawing consent:
If you choose not to consent or to withdraw your consent you will not be able to
receive electronic communications from us. We will continue or will resume mailing

- How to obtain paper copies:
